The RB Russell Students' artwork the way it looked at the end of 2009. This is painted on the separate building at the rear of the property close to Jarvis Avenue. According to staff we spoke to, plans were to complete it (all 4 sides) of the building in 2010 when the weather warms. As of Spring 2011 however, that has not happened.
