One of 2 Murals rendered for the fence along the length of Western Scrap Metals. This one was done by Pat Lazo and Norquay School Students as a Graffiti Art Programming Project in 2002, with additional sponsorship by Take Pride Winnipeg and Neighbourhoods Alive. The fence was completely replaced in 2013.

Steve Wilson (Graffiti Art Programming): “Pat Lazo worked with a group of students from Norquay School over about two weeks. It shows a downtown scene and kids playing in the neighbourhood across the river. It’s bright and colourful and adds something positive to the neighbourhood.”
