Each year, we lose some good outdoor art in Winnipeg. For the year indicated, here's a
last look at, a last goodbye to some of the artwork that has disappeared that year.
1793 Portage Avenue
This piece was rendered in 1991 by Dr. M. J. Willard for Villa Veterinary Clinic. The clinic was originally founded by Dr. Louis Villa and bought by Dr. Willard and moved to this location in 1990. Willard dedicated this Mural to the pets that came there. Willard stopped practicing in 2001 at which time she sold the clinic; and it got painted over. Photo courtesy of Dr. M. J. Willard.
