Tim Woodcock: "Charlie the Bike is the Mascot of Woodcock Cycle Works. We had the
Mural created in partnership with the Old St Vital Biz Zone. It is intended to create a non
threatening every person bicycle feel to get passers by to think about riding a bicycle. I
know it is a simple Mural but we wanted to allow people to reflect on various styles of
cycling without tying in to any one cycling discipline."
